Job Description 

Tia is responsible for managing and overseeing ETHOS' financial operations, ensuring compliance with
financial regulations and laws, working closely with the CEO to develop and implement financial
strategies, and supporting the organization's mission and goals. Along with the accounting, Tia also
performs HR responsibilities such as new hire onboarding, payroll, and tenant management.
